| |  | | | OA Cricket ties and capsAt the request of the Old Amplefordian Cricket Club we are taking over their stock of ties and caps. These will be a rriving shortly at Ampleforth, and will appear on this website. There are only five caps left, covering five different sizes. The ties are a mixture of silk and polyester. |  Kenyan CrucifixesAt last, after a wait of over a year, we have back in stock some crucifixes carved in Kenya. These pieces seem to span cultures and ages, seeming in one sense native, modern African an in another light, medieval European. They are available in two styles. 'Mutandi' wood is a deep red, easy to carve, often with natural shakes (cracks, to you and me) in the timber which are incoroporated into the design. There is also ebony, which I think is stunning.At the moment we have each of these in two sizes: 33cm and 53cm, but hurry! |
